SFA ITALY, the Italian subsidiary of the French multinational Groupe SFA, which has been a market leader in bathroom solutions for over 60 years with the SANITRIT and KINEDO brands, has recently moved its Italian headquarters to San Donato Milanese at Via XXV Aprile n. 15.
After nearly a year of renovation, the new headquarters of SFA Italy opens, a 12,500 sqm facility, built on three fundamental pillars: innovation, sustainability, and future.
A project conceived with a smart, green, digital perspective, which combines work with well-being and future possibilities for meetings with Customers, Architects, Installers, and Individuals.
A location that is characterized by being:
– innovative with over 800 sqm of open space offices, equipped with large shared spaces designed for professional functionality and for the well-being of employees and collaborators
– technological with about 1,000 square meters of physical showroom, digitally interconnected and equipped with a virtual-room created to amaze visitors with special effects and virtual tours of the Group’s Factories
– equipped with a 4.0 logistics with 8,000 pallet spaces capable of ensuring an optimal level of service to customers
The design attention for the creation of the new headquarters also operated from the perspective of energy rationalization and attention to environmental impact. From a green point of view, about 2,000 m2 of photovoltaic panels were installed, which will have a positive impact equivalent to 2.9 million kg of CO2 not emitted over 25 years.
Furthermore, thanks to the partnership established with Relco Lighting and Ekinex, the entire Company is equipped with a modern home automation system capable of independently managing the different lighting scenarios in the showroom and in the work environments, air conditioning, the lighting network of the Logistics and all the building’s security systems.
But not only that: the goal of the entire SFA Group is to reduce the use of plastic to a minimum and in this regard, innovative cold and hot water dispensers from Grohe have been installed in the Offices.

The new San Donato headquarters was created by recovering the surfaces previously occupied by a decommissioned production site in record time.
“This is an important investment for the SFA Group but it projects us towards even more ambitious goals in Italy,” declares Rino Ferreri, CEO of SFA Italy and Format – “We have not created a ‘normal showroom’ but a modern showcase in step with the latest technologies where, within it, we will also inaugurate the ‘SFA Academy,’ a fundamental tool for the continuous training of Professionals, Installers, and Technicians. In addition to this, the collaboration with RELCO and EKINEX will allow us to get closer to the world of Electricity, a combination that is increasingly discussed in our sector.”
